Cally Albrecht
Cally is your retreat host and yoga/meditation teacher. A lifelong practitioner and student of yoga philosophy, she undertook her first 200-hour teacher training in 2018, later completing a further 150 hours with senior teachers Anya Hawkes and Alison Wish. Cally teaches vinyasa-style movement classes with a slow, soulful approach, deeply healing Yin sessions, and nourishing restorative classes. She seamlessly weaves meditation, breathwork, and philosophy into all her offerings. Her accessible style is especially appreciated by beginners or those with little experience, who—under her gentle guidance—are able to find their way into these mindful practices with newfound ease. By 2025, Cally will have hosted more than 20 retreats.
