In addition to co-founding and performing with Barrymore Award recipient ComedySportz Philadelphia for 20 years, I founded and am the producing artistic director of the critically acclaimed unscripted theater company Tongue & Groove Spontaneous Theater.I am a founding member of the popular long-form improv group LunchLady Doris and have performed with Playback Philadelphia.I co-founded and performed with the body percussion troupe People Percussion Project, and I currently play drums in the Brazilian percussion bands Unidos da Filadelfia and Batala.In addition to my current appointments at Temple and Drexel, I have taught improvisation at numerous theaters and colleges, including The University of the Arts, The Wilma Theatre, the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Villanova University, and the University of Otago in New Zealand.I have traveled throughout New Zealand, Australia, and Europe directing unscripted theater and teaching my signature Actors’ Improv technique.
