Bingwati

Bingwati is a local based Hatha yoga instructor whose practice focuses on achieving alignment and balance of the physical & spiritual, body & mind, Yin & Yang. Her teaching is gentle, focused, and filled with calming energy and positive vibes. She introduces lots of energy-balancing postures into her flows and is a big fan of inversion, arm balance, hip opening, and conscious stretching. If you have physical discomfort or conditions you need help with, Bingwati is the one who’ll adjust the practice and lead you through a beautiful flow!
