Yoga and meditation, for me, are not just practices but a state of being. Though I am a certified yoga teacher, I consider myself first a lifelong student of this vast yogic universe that continues to teach me about life and lifestyle every day.My journey has taken me across more than 50 countries, where I discovered how deeply human stories, cultures, and ways of living are interwoven.These experiences, along with my devotion to Ayurveda, inspired me to co-found ASHAexperience, an Ayurvedic wellness community in Switzerland.Through ASHAexperience, I have had the privilege of supporting many people in their Ayurvedic healing journeys, bridging ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with the modern lifestyle we live today.What fulfills me most is creating wellness spaces through our retreats, where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover harmony in body, mind, and spirit. For me, this is not work, but a way of life rooted in gratitude and conscious living.
