Her greatest desire is to inspire and to challenge you to do the same.She has combined her knowledge of the sciences, yoga, meditation, tarot and personal experience to bring a unique perspective to healing and allowing evolution to occur in one’s life. Sometimes we just need to get out of our own way by relinquishing control and learning how to stop being attached to a specific outcome.Being a student of Authentic Movements YTT, she was given creative freedom within the practice of yoga. She absolutely loves combining the breath with movement and energy work. Yoga is a movement meditation.Therefore, she uses many different types of meditation to integrate all the benefits of this deep work. There are so many benefits to each practice and she feels that it is important to switch it up and try new things.
