My name is Besral Words to describe me and my teaching - Authentic, Intentional and fun. I am a grateful student and lover of yoga who shares my passion through teaching yoga. Doing practice and subsequently teaching it changed my life. My classes are strong and smart. My guidance has developed into a method of precison cueing and verbal support that encourages people to explore their edges while connecting to their hearts. They are designed to lift you up and trust life. I believe that every person has the right to and can feel empowered to find, focus, and deepen whatever connection they feel is important to them for their practice, which reinforces the belief that there is no right or wrong yoga.
