Benu is an inspiring philosopher who has been traveling in spirituality.Benu started teaching yoga in Varanasi and Goa in 2001. From 2013 to the present, he has officially been working as a teacher of Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy in USA alliance-registered schools across the country.Along his journey, he had accomplished several courses:In 2003, Gurukul took a traditional course with Swami Satyananda.In 2007, I earned a diploma in yoga from the University of Kerala.In 2011, I took a yoga diploma course at the Bihar School of Yoga under Swami Niranjanananda and the basics of Vedanta under Swami Premananda.In 2012, I took a course in the Art of Living under Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Bangalore.
