Benjamin Lubbock

Raised in London, I was introduced to yoga and meditation at the age of six and have since explored the spiritual teachings of the Amazonian tribes, Buddhist monks of northern Thailand, as well as yogic philosophy and practice in Mysore, where I spent many years training with BNS Iyengar.After ten years as a yoga instructor, I have transitioned into Intermodal Expressive Arts, a therapeutic modality that uses the arts to access deeper states of empowerment and self-knowledge through self-expression. It brings together my creative passions as a musician, writer, ceramicist and spiritualist while nourishing my desire to be of service to others—to support a process of healing by rewriting old stories, to create clarity by making sense of oneself as an individual in the increasing complexities we face today.
