Bella Estrela

Bella, co-owner of The Soulful Kind and an experienced retreat leader, yoga teacher trainer, and SUP Yoga instructor, brings profound expertise and passion to this sacred space. Originally from Sweden, she has woven her understanding of yoga into the Itacaré community since 2015. With a philosophy extending beyond postures, Bella invites students to explore yoga as a holistic path to self-discovery. Her dedicated practice and commitment to transformative learning create an environment where boundaries dissolve.
