I have been practicing yoga most of my life. I had the great privilege of learning from my grandparents, who were from Gujurat, India. At a young age, I didn't really know it was yoga, it was just what we did when I visited my grandparents.When I studied to become a yoga teacher, it was only then, when we delved into yoga philosophy, that I realised they had been teaching me the philosophy of yoga my whole life. Again, I just didn't know it because it was their way of life.I love introducing people to yoga in my own unique way. I love to give them a sense a joy through movement and a deeper connection with themselves.
