Yoga found me many years ago, but it was during my time in Koh Samui—through an incredible Vinyasa teacher—that I truly fell in love with the practice.Since childhood, I have lived all over the world—from the Czech Republic and the U.K. to the US, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Thailand—constantly moving but never fully rooted. Yoga became a place of grounding, peace, and inner homecoming. As a mother of two, I have experienced the raw beauty of deep challenges of parenthood. After my first child, I quietly struggled with baby blues - a topic rarely spoken about in my world. I was raised in a family that valued strength through self-reliance: do not complain, work hard, carry on.Praise was not part of the language growing up, so it is with a mix of humor and healing that I now hear in my late 40s, "well done" from my parents for yoga.Through it all, yoga has been my anchor. I now share this practice with others, hoping to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and seen—just as I needed when I began.I am a certified yoga teacher and therapist in training. I offer individual, couple, and group sessions that support not only the body but also the mind, heart, and overall well-being.My approach integrates movement and mindfulness to create space for deeper connection, healing, and growth.
