Audrey Denise Lagares Lama

Audrey Denise is the co-founder and co-owner of Asanai for Life. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2001.Her passion and love for her profession is felt in her patients and clients that have praised her magical hands.In 2005 she became a certified Yoga Teacher in Costa Rica. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and an Acupuncture Physician. At the Shaolin Temple, in China, Audrey was taught from the monks techniques that deepened her abilities to help her patients.It is her lifelong aspiration to expand her knowledge in the healing arts and to assist others find their true nature and tap into their own innate abilities to heal themselves and others.
