The Atma Institute is a space for connecting with truth, which means tuning in to the unchanging being, the one essence of everything.This essence is called the Self when referring to the human being, and Brahman when referring to the universe.It is the same: unborn, undying, pure, free, forever awareness. It is also called Sat Chit Anand, or pure existence, pure consciousness, and pure bliss.It is what you are, but your mind, infused with the power of ignorance, prevents you from knowing it.Through our satsang activity, this veil covering your true nature is gradually removed, and the light of the Self or Atma Jyoti illumines your whole being.This enlightenment is the goal of satsang and we welcome every seeker to join us in this pursuit.At Atma Institute, we unite traditional Indian practices of yoga and meditation with modern teachings, fostering a global community dedicated to spiritual growth.
