Emotional alchemist & somatic movement facilitator Whole life I’ve been deeply passionate about mental and physical well being. I’m a psychologist and yoga teacher (500h). I believe in the power of self-discovery and self-healing, which is why I work non-judgmentally to create a safe and nurturing space. I facilitate emotional alchemy - a transformative embodiment practice that harmonizes ancient wisdom with modern human sciences to create a more centered, empowered life. Through a blend of psychology, yoga, mindful movement and gestalt therapy techniques this unique method redefines emotions into powerful tools for personal growth and alignment. I invite to explore and express emotions, thoughts, traumas, and the needs of the body. The idea is to connect with love and acceptance, release old patterns, activate authentic expression, and embody desired life. I’m also the founder of a conscious community in Mallorca, the Garden of Creation—a sanctuary where people can safely and joyfully explore self-discovery, deepen their spiritual growth, and engage with practices that support the regeneration of our Earth.
