I created Unwind as a response to the constant busyness I saw around me.Highly capable people were always connected and productive, yet rarely fully present.The retreat is designed as a deliberate context change, allowing rest, clarity, and meaningful connection to emerge naturally.Hosted on a private farm in Gharo, just outside Karachi, the setting replaces noise and urgency with open land, sea air, and quiet.As a facilitator, I focus on holding the space rather than directing it, carefully balancing structure with spaciousness.Each retreat is curated with intention and rooted in authentic collaboration with local artisan families.Guests feel supported without being managed or guided under pressure.Unwind is personal and thoughtfully hosted, honoring the decision to slow down and step into a steadier rhythm.
