Anne Gocht

Anne is a Vinyasa & Yin Yoga teacher, Sound Healer & Ayurveda expert & chef. After living many years in Berlin, she decided to follow her dream and move to Portugal to Ericeira, where the retreat takes place. Being a typical Vata personality, she has been suffering from digestive problems & mental breakdown. Ayurveda & Yoga have helped Anne to find back her balance and ease her digestion. Since then, she became passionate about the concept of Ayurveda and has done several trainings including travels into Ayurveda ashrams & Panchakarma centers in India. Anne has been teaching Yoga & holding space for retreats since 2020. Since following the Yoga path, she has done over 800h of training in Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Sequencing, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Ayurveda nutrition & cooking, as well as Mantra & Bhakti Yoga. She regularly travels to India to understand Yoga & Ayurveda better & to deepen her practice. In her work, she likes to bring all these elements, as well as her own experiences and travels.
