Anna Ryczek

Anna Ryczek is a qualified Vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga and Pilates instructor. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology. As far as she can remember Anna has always been interested in the search for the meaning. For that reason she studied psychology, traveled through Asia, practiced vipassana (silent meditation retreats) and did a one year long Gestalt therapy course. Her search led to discovery of yoga, the path of wisdom connecting mind, body and breath (spirit). She completed a yoga teacher training (200 hrs RYT) with the Yoga Shala in Galway in 2012 and has been teaching since then. Her teacher training was run in conjunction with the Yoga Synergy principles, a physiotherapy based yoga style created by an internationally renowned teacher Simon Borg- Olivier from Australia.
