Anna Ruth Henriques

Anna, a published author (The Book of Mechtilde, Knopf) as well as essays and poetry in various publications, has lived all over the world, settling during the last handful of years in Portugal with the purpose of creating a retreat for rest, rejuvenation, & transformation. A yoga facilitator, artist, jewellery designer, as well as a visionary, her purpose is to create physical and spiritual beauty that inspires and enables others to shine.
