We’re Anna and Helen — two sisters who decided it was about time someone created a retreat devoted to slowing down, switching off, and spending a weekend enjoying life’s simple pleasures.Picture this: Pilates under the open sky, reading by the lake, a little wild swimming (or just floating peacefully), and sharing delicious, nourishing food.Helen – With over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates and a past life as an English teacher, I’m passionate about helping others connect with both their bodies and imaginations. Our retreats are a space where strength, stillness, and stories come together in a meaningful way.Anna – I’m a lifelong book lover and the friend always planning the next weekend getaway. I co-created Words and Wellness with Helen to bring together everything we love — great food, good stories, and beautiful spaces to relax, reset, and reconnect.
