Aniko is dedicated to guiding individuals toward deep emotional healing and self-discovery within a calm, nurturing, and trauma-aware setting. Her sessions blend intuitive, expressive healing therapy, embodied practices, inner child work, and Cognitive behavioral awareness strategies. Aniko’s modalities help clients release repressed emotions, unblock limiting and sabotaging patterns, and feel calmer, lighter, grounded, and regulated. As a certified Art Therapist and Cognitive Behavioral Coach with extensive experience in mental health, Aniko has successfully guided individuals through trauma recovery, addressing anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, and addiction. 1:1 sessions are led in English, German, and Hebrew.
