I’m Aniko, a certified personal trainer, online coach, sound healer, and retreat leader.But more than titles, I’m a woman who lives for movement, connection, and wild experiences that awaken the soul.I’ve hosted retreats worldwide from Thailand to Mallorca, blending fitness, nature, and emotional healing.I lived and worked in Phuket Cleanse, leading classes and supporting guests in their physical and inner transformations.Brazil has been calling me back for years. I’ve visited the country more than 15 times, and Ilha Grande has become my favorite place on Earth.There’s something sacred about this island, no cars, no roads, just pure jungle, ocean, and a deep, grounding energy.I’ve already hiked parts of it on previous visits, but this year, I felt the pull to trek the full 100 kilometers around the island.This retreat is my way of turning that personal challenge into a shared adventure.I’ll be personally hosting this retreat from start to finish, guiding the group, supporting you through the highs and lows, and making sure we stay connected, grounded, and empowered.
