Anika Teuber

My journey began in India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, sparking my passion for helping others discover balance and inner peace. Shortly after, I led my first class in Colombia, and my practice has since expanded to include Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Massage Therapy and Guided Meditations to support physical and emotional well-being. Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, I focus on creating welcoming, personalized experiences that leave you feeling centered, renewed, and empowered.
