Angela Wilken
After seeing the benefits that mindfulness brought to her life Angela decided to train as a mindfulness teacher and has now established a retreat center in her home set in an idyllic coastal setting in North-East Scotland. She also took the decision to train as a yoga teacher, after experienceing back problems and found that yoga really helped to strenthen the core, back and supporting muscles and maintain better posture.When not hosting retreats, she regularly coaches mindfulness in the workplace, hosts one-to-one mindfulness sessions, teaches the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, and has coached clients worldwide.
