Andi Lineweaver

Andi is a travel lover and yoga instructor currently living in Southern California. She was born and raised in the California Bay Area. After completing her Bachelor’s degree she decided to follow her passion and become a certified yoga instructor and health coach. As a young adult Andi really struggled with her mental health. Being involved in sports her whole life and having a background in nutrition she knew how to take care of herself on a physical level, but no so much mentally. It was yoga that taught her how to cultivate inner peace.
