Yoga instructor, traveler & yoga-surf camp organizerAnastasia has been practicing yoga since 2009. She studied with Hatha Yoga teachers and at the Yoga Ishvara school, gaining a deep understanding of both the physical practice and the philosophy of yoga.For the past three years, she has been teaching yoga at our hotel, sharing her knowledge and creating a welcoming space for guests to relax, restore, and reconnect with themselves.In her classes, Anastasia blends traditional techniques with a modern approach, focusing on body awareness, mindfulness, and inner balance.She is also the founder and organizer of yoga-surf camps in Sri Lanka and Bali, combining yoga practice with the energy of the ocean and the spirit of adventure.Her mission is to inspire people to find balance, freedom, and joy — on the mat and in life.
