Hi,I am Anastasia! A 500h Yoga Alliance certified Teacher and Breathwork Coach.I am the founder of 'Amazonia Yoga'. I began my yoga journey in 2000 in Stuttgart, exploring Hatha, Power, and Iyengar Yoga while performing as a singer with DefJam Germany.Later, I completed my Yoga Alliance training with Britta Völker and Sibylle De Pietro. My love for music led me to Inside Flow, and my curiosity to Budokon Yoga, where I became an Ambassador.I bring stage energy, presence, and passion into every class — blending music, movement, and spirituality.
