Amy is the owner of Walker Wellness Retreats. She has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Utah and decided in 2016 that she wanted to both utilize her love of traveling the world and her passion for helping others to create an unforgettable wellness experience for others. Amy believes that a healthy lifestyle, spending time in nature, traveling, and building deep, meaningful connections with others is the best therapy possible. Therefore, she strives to find the best wellness professionals in the field to come together to create life-changing retreats aimed at improving one’s mind, body, and soul. Amy is an expert in planning and delivering year-round domestic and international wellness retreats. Her passion in life is exploring the world through travel and striving to make it a better place one day at a time.
