Founder, dancer, and lifelong explorer of movement, Amy Danielson has dedicated over 30 years to guiding others toward both strength and softness.Her journey began through dance - a way to express what words could not.Over time, it became her language of healing and empowerment, and a career in the wellness space.Amy has choreographed, trained, and taught across New York, Los Angeles, Paris, and the world, leading workshops and retreats for thousands.She also founded Genesis: Sarajevo, an NGO dedicated to rebuilding the arts in post-conflict regions, and continues to serve as Head of Programming for Under the Sisterhood and Executive Director for Sistergood - initiatives that celebrate women’s stories and collective resilience.​​Her mission is simple:To help others feel at ease in their bodies, alive in their hearts, and grounded in their power.
