Amrita Teslik is a yoga and meditation guide, dancer, and movement artist devoted to the path of awareness and inner harmony. With over a decade of experience teaching internationally — in India, Sri Lanka, China, and Europe — she has guided practitioners in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Therapy, and Meditation.Trained in traditional Hatha, Kriya, and Bhakti Yoga lineages, and holding certification as YRYT 500H+ and AYUSH Yoga Teacher & Evaluator (Level 3, India), Amrita’s approach blends depth of tradition with sensitivity to the individual body. Her background as a professional contemporary dancer adds a creative, fluid dimension to her teaching — where anatomical alignment, breath, and mindful movement meet.Currently based in Sri Lanka, she leads Hatha yoga and meditation sessions surrounded by nature’s quiet presence. Her classes invite students to slow down, return to the breath, and discover the gentle joy of inner stillness — where movement becomes prayer and the mind becomes clear as still water.
