Amrita Ma Devi is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Health Coach and Author.Her mission is to empower one billion humans to wake up from our state of amnesia and go into birthing self-love through holistic health, self-care, and community building.I'm a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with over 1850 hours of Ayurvedic studies.I've been a part-time holistic chef and "conscious eating coach" for the past 4 years, and for the past 2 years and a half, I've been teaching plant-based recipes in my Ayurveda Anytime E-learning program to students around the world.For the past decade, I have been studying Tantra and the teachings of Kundalini Awakening with my beloved Igor Kufayev.These sacred teachings are meant to be experienced from within, practiced, and shared from the heart.I wish to pass on to others for mutual growth as a teacher with unconditional love bringing ancient wisdom alive in our modern times.
