Alpesh Patwari

Alpesh was introduced to yoga by his mother, Manjula Devi.She played an important role and inspired her son to practice Bhakti Yoga (worship), Karma Yoga (helping people), and Jnana Yoga (knowledge) for decades.Alpesh had suffered from epilepsy at an early age made him manage his condition through the regular practice of yoga and breathing techniques that he had learned from several Jain monks since the age of 12.With a passion for yoga, he went on to attend several courses with the monks and other yoga teachers in Pune and Rishikesh including the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Swami Satyananda, and Geeta Iyengar.Since 2006, Alpesh has been influenced by the traditional Iyengar Yoga of B.K.S. Iyengar. He found an Iyengar teacher, Usha Devi, in Rishikesh where he has been excelling in his yoga knowledge and teaching.Alpesh has been running 200/300/100-hour yoga teacher training courses at his Dharamshala and Goa facilities.
