Alicia

Alicia was born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, where her path into wellness began. She discovered yoga at 27, a life-changing moment that ignited her passion for mindful movement and holistic living. In 2014, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, followed by an advanced 300-hour certification and a 50-hour Yin Yoga course.Over the years, Alicia has attended various workshops focused on yoga, wellness, and personal growth, continually deepening her practice. In 2019, she was introduced to sound healing through her first singing bowl, an experience that profoundly shifted her path. She completed her first Sound Healing certification and later pursued advanced Gong training with Master Don Conreaux. In 2023, she expanded her knowledge with a certification in Gong and Sound Vibration from the Institute of Sound Therapy.Today, Alicia blends yoga and sound in her teachings, offering transformative practices rooted in presence, vibration, and inner awareness
