Alessandra Policreti

Alessandra Policreti has been practicing Yantra Yoga for over 25 years, training with direct students of Tibetan master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, who authorized her to teach it in 2010. Since 2016, she is also an instructor of Kumar Kumari, Yantra Yoga for children.Alessandra was one of the first teachers and instructor trainers of the Respira Method, and has extensive experience helping people improve their health, energy, and well-being through conscious breathing.She is currently an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor and is preparing for the Buteyko Method instructor exam.Her teaching style is characterized by calmness, clarity, and confidence, offering practical and accessible tools that students can easily integrate into their daily lives.
