Ze' del Pino is more than just an agriturismo. This precious heritage has been resurrected through love and sacrifice, ready to be discovered, shared, and appreciated by all. A newly renovated farmhouse with all the modern amenities of a high-standard hotel, including a professional kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line modern cuisine equipment. Surrounded by nature at the top of the Lama hills, just over 1,000 meters of elevation. The original owner of the Salvi family was Signore Salvo: Born in Barga in 1844 and passed away in 1903, Salvo Salvi was the most distinguished member of the family. He fought as a volunteer with Garibaldi in the Third War of Independence and later became a lawyer and local administrator, eventually serving as mayor of Barga. Salvo Salvi loved to spend summers in Lama, preferring the tranquility of his home nestled in the woods to the comforts of the palace in town. He planted thirteen thousand trees, including fir, pine, and beech, creating an oasis of serenity. Today, the center is run by Cristiana Salvi, together with her husband, Patrizio. They have practically rebuilt the house, only leaving the main hall, which now serves as the restaurant. Here, we can appreciate the ancient fireplace and stone carvings Salvo collected.
