With a background in Fine Arts and Theatre, Nicolene believes that creativity is a universal pathway to transformation and vitality. She helps individuals from all walks of life move through challenges, embrace their authentic selves, and design their lives with purpose.

Thabo Krouwkam

Thabo, a talented singer-songwriter from Cape Town, brings his deep-rooted connection to South African culture into the retreat, enhancing the music and movement experiences. Together with Nicolene, they foster a nurturing environment that encourages personal growth and artistic expression.
