He was born in the lap of the great Himalayas. His childhood was spent in the ashram where he studied spiritual education along with modern education.Later he turned towards yoga and received initiation into yoga by the great gurus of the Himalayas and also studied the modern methods of yoga in different yoga school.In Yoga, he kept Hatha Yoga at the center and also studied and researched rare texts of Yoga.By understanding the essence of the knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation, implementing it in his live and propagating, benefiting in the present and for the future generations too.
