Yogi Gaurav

Gaurav began practicing yoga in 2015. Discovering his natural aptitude, he quickly progressed to become a yoga asana teacher. He has been training in Traditional Hatha Yoga & Pranayama. He has an M.A. in yogic science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. He also holds a 200-hour registered yoga teacher certificate from the yoga alliance. Although his asana skills have earned him medals and recognition, Gaurav's teaching includes mindfulness and the intention to form a complete practice.
