Yashpal Singh Rautela

Yashpal was born and brought up in Rishikesh and is one of the best Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teachers. He is also one of the lead instructors for the 200-hour yoga teacher training course at Mantra Yoga and Meditation. He is a multi-talented yoga instructor and Gold Medal winner in many Yoga Championships in India.
