After years of dreaming, we decided it was time to create the kind of retreat we were always searching for: one where you can truly switch off, breathe deeply, and spend a weekend doing simple, soul-nourishing things.Imagine starting your day with Pilates under open skies, getting lost in a good book by the lake, dipping into the water for a bit of wild swimming (or just floating peacefully), and gathering around the table to enjoy delicious, wholesome meals.Our very first retreat is happening this summer in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this experience with you.
