When I lead a class, I like to offer a fun, accessible and enjoyable experience. I am passionate about vinyasa flow and restorative yoga and want everyone to enjoy it as much as I do, so when you come to one of my classes you’ll see I offer lots of modifications.So where can you find me? I am currently teaching online classes which are live and accesisble from home. I teach in person at at TriYoga in Ealing.
