William’s path began in the world of business, pursuing a career working closely with CEOs and leadership teams. Outwardly, everything pointed toward success — yet internally, life was marked by persistent stress and anxiety.This led to a deep personal journey. Through long-term inner work, including 12-step programs, therapy focused on attachment trauma, and hundreds of hours of co-regulation, a different way of living gradually emerged.Today, William lives a quieter, more intentional life — in a cabin in the woods, working less, and prioritizing meaningful relationships.With training in Feldenkrais® and Transforming Touch®, his work is rooted in a simple but lived conviction: noticing what isn’t working, taking action, and creating a life that feels truly worth living. And with steady determination, supporting others in discovering that this change is possible for them, too.
