I am a certified Yoga Teacher (YTT) trained in Costa Rica, where my yoga journey deepened through the study of mindful movement and holistic living.My path has always been about self-mastery and connection, blending body, breath, and purpose into one experience.Alongside yoga, I am a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, guiding people through powerful sessions that release emotional tension and awaken presence.My background in martial arts, including Muay Thai and boxing, has shaped my approach to strength, discipline, and flow, balancing grounded focus with spiritual awareness.As a confidence coach and worldwide tour leader, I’ve led transformative experiences in over a dozen countries, combining adventure with mindfulness.Each retreat I create is designed to help people reconnect with themselves through nature, movement, and community.
