Welcome to Viveka Centre for Being, your sanctuary to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in breathtaking natural beauty.Viveka Centre for Being is a serene, nature-immersed retreat centre near Foix which offers mindful, trauma-informed, and restorative experiences as well as a flexible, well-equipped venue hire for trusted facilitators.We are located in the Pyrenees foothills and offer bilingual hosting, authentic small group teaching, flexible packages and access to local trails, thermal spas, beautiful lakes and local markets.The house is a Maison de Maitre (Master's House) and has 8 bedrooms (Doubles and Twins) as well as a 5 metre canvas Bell Tent that can be a twin or a double. Additional accommodation is available through our neighbours at the Chateau de NescusWe have a 45 square metre bespoke and equipped yoga and meditation space, with a wooden floor and beautiful stone and lime rendered walls and wooden beams. It has a balcony overlooking the river and hills and a wood-burning stove at the opposite end of the room. Our venue can be hired for facilitating a range of well-being and artistic activities with catered options available.
