I live part-time in Oklahoma and in Costa Rica. After 42 years as an integrative health care provider, my friends call me the "poster child" for longevity. This is the focus of my retreats.I have had multiple careers in my lifetime, starting with professional ballet dancer, dance teacher, exercise coach, wife, mother, childbirth educator, licensed midwife, physician assistant specializing in integrative health, women's health, and internal medicine, writer, public speaker, and recently a longevity coach.I love this picture of myself, because when I first saw it on my son's camera, I asked him..." Who is that?"..." That's YOU, Mom," he exclaimed...and I realized that this is how I look when I am not stressed!This is my hope for all those who attend my retreats...they go home so relaxed and rejuvenated that they do not even recognize themselves.
