Yoga entered my life as a lifeline, guiding me out of anxiety, depression, and disconnection back to presence, balance, and inner listening. What began as a personal healing journey naturally became a path of service. Teaching since 2020, I am trained in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda in Germany and India. My passion lies in yoga philosophy, the nervous system, and embodied, compassionate practice that goes beyond the mat. I teach Meditation, Pranayama, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, often accompanied by mantra chanting and harmonium, using sound and breath as gateways to deeper awareness.
