Yoga entered my life as a lifeline, guiding me out of anxiety, depression, and disconnection back to presence, balance, and inner listening. What began as a personal healing journey naturally became a path of service.Teaching since 2020, I am trained in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda in Germany and India. My passion lies in yoga philosophy, the nervous system, and embodied, compassionate practice that goes beyond the mat.I teach Meditation, Pranayama, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, often accompanied by mantra chanting and harmonium, using sound and breath as gateways to deeper awareness.Yoga is not something to achieve it is something to experience.You are welcome exactly as you are. ๐ค
