Valentina Febres Alvarez
This will be Valentina’s 7th Camino de Santiago retreat—an experience that has deeply shaped both her life and the way she guides others. Her love for pilgrimage and meaningful travel is at the heart of her work. She creates retreats that are not just about visiting a place, but about inner transformation, clarity, and reconnection with oneself.Since 2016, Valentina has led weekly mindfulness meditation groups and has been guiding retreats since 2018, supporting individuals from different backgrounds in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and navigating life transitions with greater presence and trust. She holds a Mindfulness Teacher Certification from the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley, and as of May 31st, she also holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) certification, further deepening her ability to integrate mindful movement and body awareness into her retreats. Her approach blends mindfulness, meditation, and intuitive practices in a grounded and accessible way—meeting each person where they are, while gently guiding them deeper.Valentina has also trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, incorporating intuitive and hypnosis-based techniques to support deeper self-exploration and connection with inner guidance.Participants often describe her retreats as safe, meaningful, and deeply transformative, with many returning to continue the journey with her.
