Toni embarked on her yoga journey in 2010, earning her first certification. By 2017, she completed advanced training in Shamanic Therapeutic Yoga. Her classes are a unique blend of alignment, the energy body, and the elements.Toni is more than a yoga teacher. She’s a Spiritual Mentor, Reiki Practitioner, and Retreat Leader. When she’s not guiding others, this Oregonian loves riding her mountain bike, hiking, gardening, whipping up delicious food, or reading a book under the trees.Her heart’s calling is to show you how courageous, strong, and beautiful you truly are.
