Tina Tran

Tina Tran is a yoga teacher & accredited meditation practitioner, with a background in fitness & personal training.Coming from a corporate background, Tina understands first-hand the need to juggle the demands of a busy corporate career, while finding joy, balance, and fulfilment in life.Tina attended her first ever yoga class at the age of 18 and has been falling more in love with its practice and wisdom over the years. Through her injury recoveries, Tina has made it her mission to learn as much as she can about human anatomy, physiology, mindfulness, and the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, and how that affects someone’s quality of life and success in all domains.She rejoices in sharing this with her clients in her yoga teaching & coaching practice.
