Tina Fletcher

From a young age until my late teenage years, I was an artistic gymnast, and my passion for movement naturally extended into sports like skiing, snowboarding, and swimming.Life took its beautiful course, and I became a proud mother of two. After the birth of my second child, I discovered yoga, a practice that awakened the memory of those early, graceful movements in my body and heart.I fell deeply in love with yoga, recognizing it as both a return to my roots and a new beginning.In 2009, I completed my teacher training, and since then, I have been joyfully teaching in Italy for the past 16 years, sharing the transformative power of yoga with others and continuing to evolve both as a teacher and a student of life.
